I've eaten at hundreds of barbeque joints all over Texas, my favorite being my Uncle Pats that he runs out of his own home. I've been spoiled with perfectly smoked meat my entire life, which has made me picky beyond belief when it comes to this food. I can honestly say Wilsons is the only place I've come across that's gotten it right. I got ribs and sausage that comes with a side of beans and potato salad (other choice of cole slaw), my husband ordered the ribs with brisket. I personally love being able to taste the smokey flavor after sitting in a pit all day. My uncle pat was the only guy I knew who could leave it in extra longer for the flavor and keep the moisture within the meat, wilsons will now be my go-to for the same kind quality of BBQ. The only criticism I have is I wish they had mac n cheese and green beans! I feel like they'd really be able to put some awesome flavors in those side dishes as well.
We walked in to a very welcoming staff who asked if it was our first time and made further conversation .

O WOW Really....$16.00 for a Rib Dinner and all I got was 4 Ribs. But a pound is a few dollars more and a whole slab is a few dollars more than the pound.
But only 4 for $16.00 I know things are high but this is ridiculous.
I will not be going back there again -

Alright here goes, after 1 year of being in this neighborhood I decided to try this place, I figured what could go wrong. The coleslaw was bland flavorless, my wife had to season her own slaw, and it was dry. The brisket was mediocre at best, I would rather you go to Rudy's BBQ instead of recommending this place.
